Prevention Protocols have a wealth of experience in successfully assisting our clients reach criminal convictions through our thorough investigations.
In recent years our clients have found that the police have limited time and resources to allocate to investigations, and their prioritisation of work has been a major cause of frustration for victims of crime at all levels.
Using our knowledge of police procedures and standards, we carry out investigations for our clients enabling them to decide as to whether a private course of action should be taken, or a referral to the police based on an evidential package acceptable for UK civil and criminal courts.
Our Team
Our lead investigator is a member of the Association of British Investigators* and can be found on their comprehensive database of trained investigators throughout the UK – and overseas. At the ABI you will find people who meet the ABI’s exacting professional standards and sign up to rigid code of ethics. All members are screened, and background checked. The ABI is the only association in this industry to be recognised by the Law Society of England and Wales** and included in the Law Society of Scotland’s approved Supplier Scheme***.
